Role Overview
- Act as a transformation agent, leading innovation and digital transformation initiatives that drive competitiveness, operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Internal Innovation Programs: Collaborate with the team to manage and evolve the intrapreneurship programs "Influenciadores de Inovação" and "Chega Junto para Inovar," promoting employee engagement, strengthening the innovation culture and encouraging active participation in strategic initiatives.
- Trends and Technology Mapping: Map and analyze trends, technologies and innovations with potential impact, anticipating opportunities, guiding strategic decisions and addressing the organization’s complex challenges.
- Discovery Processes: Lead structured discovery processes to identify relevant challenges, understand user needs and propose innovative solutions using methodologies such as Design Thinking, Service Design, Lean Startup, Agile and others.
- Strategic Partnerships: Support the development and maintenance of partnerships with startups, universities, vendors, customers and business units.
- Prototyping and Experimentation: Facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to rapidly develop, test and iterate prototypes, proofs of concept and MVPs, ensuring agility and quality in deliveries.
- Capability Building and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct workshops, training sessions and other capacity-building activities to disseminate innovation methodologies and foster creative thinking across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Relevant experience in innovation, digital transformation or related areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialization, postgraduate certificate or master's degree in management, innovation or a related field, or equivalent experience in roles requiring mastery of Design Thinking, Lean Startup and/or Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience in startups, innovation consulting or innovation teams within large companies, especially in retail and consumer goods (demonstrated ability to execute and deliver in shorter cycles).
