- Independently preparing and compiling search reports, as well as summarizing foreign search reports.
- Entering and evaluating information on our search platform.
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely delivery.
- Corresponding with clients and colleagues.
- Preparing and reviewing cost estimates.
- Reviewing and checking the results of colleagues’ reports.
Requirements
- Naturally curious individual with a background in linguistics or translation.
- Strong understanding of nuanced meaning and semantics.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Proficient MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
- Results-oriented and independent working style, with strong initiative and self-motivation.
- Analytical thinking, high attention to detail.
- Reliability, diligence and team orientation.
- Quick to learn new tools, processes, and information.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
