Junior Sales Executive – B2B

Role Overview

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and contributing to the company's sustainable growth.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, strengthening relationships and offering tailored solutions that add value to their business.
• Prepare commercial proposals, present solutions, and lead negotiations with a focus on results and the development of long-term partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market movements to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Work with a focus on sales targets, directly contributing to company performance and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and contract negotiation.
• Consultative, strategic, and results-oriented profile.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of the energy, fuels, or agribusiness sectors is a plus.
