About this role
Role Overview
Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and contributing to the company's sustainable growth.
Act as a strategic partner to clients, strengthening relationships and offering tailored solutions that add value to their business.
Prepare commercial proposals, present solutions, and lead negotiations with a focus on results and the development of long-term partnerships.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market movements to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
Work with a focus on sales targets, directly contributing to company performance and revenue growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience in B2B sales and contract negotiation.
Consultative, strategic, and results-oriented profile.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel.
Knowledge of the energy, fuels, or agribusiness sectors is a plus.
