Senior Reporting Analyst – PM

Role Overview

• Manages execution of strategic initiatives across Small Group organization
• Generates reporting to provide Small Group insights and learnings to functional leaders
• Drives development and execution of project plans
• Leads cross-functional communication and team accountability for deadlines
• Gathers and summarizes sales and retention data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develops presentations of data to summarize results for peers and leadership

Requirements

• Health Insurance industry experience
• Project management experience and/or data reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of Excel
• Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• 3-5 years project management experience in health insurance setting (preferred)
• Mastery of basic Excel functions for data summarization (preferred)
• Familiarity with SalesForce reporting (preferred)
