Role Overview
- Respond to phone inquiries using Cisco Finesse
- Review email inquiries
- Refer unresolved inquiries to designated department or supervisor for review
- Identify, research and resolve inquiries
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in a call center, preferably in banking, real estate, or construction industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Real Estate, Construction or Banking background preferred
- Experience with Cisco Finesse
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
