Assistant Production Finance Accountant, Prep & Wrap

Role Overview

• Assisting the Production Finance Accountant on television productions in prep and post.
• Entering accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, petty cash and PCard transactions.
• Identifying procedural inconsistencies and recommending process improvements.

Requirements

• Accounting or Business Administration bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with PSL, Smart Accounting, related third‐party accounting systems and MS Office preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Results oriented mindset with a drive to achieve objectives.
• Ability to interact professionally (written and verbal) with staff and outside vendors.
• Ability to work in a rapidly moving, matrixed environment.
• Experience with digital filing preferred.
• Entertainment industry experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Fast learner and strong problem solver.
