Focus on designing and optimizing workflows to achieve excellent results
Implement all BPM/OE (Business Process Management / Operational Excellence) standards and documentation in daily operations
Document, maintain and improve local business processes
Lead, facilitate and support workshops for process improvements
Support and ensure sustainable embedding of implemented measures and proposals
Monitor daily process performance and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations
Participate in the rollout and validation of new processes and improvement initiatives
Conduct local self-audits, process reviews and training for employees and managers in Lean Management
Guide and train teams in root-cause analyses and corrective actions for process incidents or deviations
Maintain local process data in divisional and global reporting systems

Completed technician qualification or a degree in engineering, business administration with a technical focus, or another relevant field
Solid, hands-on experience in BPM/OE documentation and process optimization
Several years of experience with Lean tools and methods for process improvement, plus a strong cost-awareness
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Extensive experience engaging employees and managers and training them on BPM/OE standards
Detail-oriented and structured approach to projects and challenges, with high data accuracy
Effective communication skills to collaborate with local and higher-level teams
Very good PC user skills (Microsoft 365)
Fluent German and English
