Program Manager Clinical Innovation Operational Excellence

Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system with a culture and associate experience grounded in service, growth, care and connection. The Program Manager will manage multiple initiatives, support business case development, and apply operational excellence principles to enhance program execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manages multiple concurrent initiatives from concept through execution, building detailed workplans, timelines, risk logs, and decision trackers
• Supports business case development, financial tracking, and benefit realization for Clinical Transformation initiatives
• Develops and applies operational excellence principles (e.g., standard work, process mapping, continuous improvement) to improve program execution and sustainability
• Partners closely with clinical, operational, financial, technology, and administrative stakeholders to coordinate workstreams and resolve dependencies
• Supports development and maintenance of leadership-facing dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes

Requirements:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
