Own and lead the end-to-end Gross-to-Net (G2N) across the region, with a focus for France, steering trade conditions and customer-specific agreements to directly enable sales growth, profitability, and drive analysis, strong governance, performance tracking, and improvement initiatives.
Partner with the business to analyze variances, assess performance and operational cost, and communicate key metrics and messages across the region and to the Group.
Drive the regional planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, including target setting, performance follow-up and variance analysis for the market.
Develop, track and continuously improve Marketing and Commercial KPIs, in close partnership with Marketing and Sales leadership.
Support with regional tasks across the other markets.
Requirements
Hold a Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Economics or a related field.
Have extensive experience in Finance, FP&A or Business Finance roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
Bring solid experience in business partnering, performance management and investment analysis.
Be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and decision making.
Be proficient in Excel, Power BI and financial planning tools.
Be fluent in English and French in both written and spoken.
