About this role
Role Overview
- Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Support external audits and respond to auditor requests
- Maintain documentation to support internal controls and compliance requirements
- Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience, including financial close
- Experience in multi-entity or corporate accounting environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas)
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Demonstrated experience with U.S. GAAP financial reporting
