Role Overview
- Prospecting and developing new clients in foreign trade / trading companies
- Post-sale follow-up and customer service
- Negotiation, preparation, and submission of proposals
- Presenting import simulations to clients
- Preparing sales and customer service management reports
- Market research
- Interaction with internal support teams (operations, finance, freight, legal, etc.)
- Conducting on-site client visits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience developing the commercial/sales function in a trading company
- Knowledge of import procedures, tax regimes, fiscal matters, and customs processes (product-related)
- Proficiency in international trade
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Intermediate English (communication with suppliers and partners, primarily written)
- Valid driver's license (mandatory)
