Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with new clients.
Work to generate revenue opportunities for the company’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions as an outbound sales representative.
Identify and develop new prospects through working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers as referral partners to further penetrate the market, build your brand, and obtain quota.

Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/ Outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
Develop and manage an overflowing sales funnel of new opportunities to attain and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota.
Leverages Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5 years’ experience in a quota-driven sales environment
Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
