More than 3 years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant in AMS or support models
Strong functional experience in SAP modules: FI (Finance / Accounting)/ MM (Materials Management / Procurement)/ SD (Sales & Distribution), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
Hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments
Experience in AMS / Application Management Services delivery models
Exposure to CPG, Retail, or Logistics-intensive environments
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Logistics, Warehousing)
Experience resolving functional incidents, managing tickets, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge of cross-module integration (FI–MM, SD–EWM)
Ability to document functional solutions, procedures, and best practices
Strong customer-facing skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders
Experience working as third-level functional support, receiving escalations from L1/L2 teams
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
