Requirements
- University degree in a scientific, technical or medical field
- Deep knowledge of the German healthcare market
- Excellent understanding of systems and workflows in laboratory diagnostics
- Minimum of 5 years of professional and project experience
- At least 3 years of experience in project management
- Proficient in process and workflow optimization
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience working in matrix organizations
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel across Germany
