Educational Consultant – Per Diem

Role Overview

• Facilitate high-quality professional development and training for educators
• Provide on-site support for teachers and school administrators
• Adjust workshops to meet participant needs
• Analyze data and apply findings to instruction
• Track and submit training notes and complete all assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, and providing professional development
• Strong working knowledge of the State Standards for ELA and Mathematics for Grades K–8
• Fluency with using digital tools including online assessments
• High level of comfort discussing and applying data with teachers and leaders
• Understand principles of adult learning
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Knowledge of Office programs (Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.)
