Role Overview
- Provide expert technical advice and oversight
- Conduct mining studies (Scoping, Pre-feasibility & Feasibility)
- Author and peer-review technical reports
- Mentor staff and oversee project contractors
- Drive business improvements and support business development activities
- Prepare proposals and contracts
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams, working with professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the mining industry
- Proficiency in Mine Planning software (Deswik preferred)
- Experience in managing technical projects and stakeholders to deliver projects
- Proven track record in client relationship building and networking
- Ability to work independently or within teams
- Strong financial management skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Consulting experience is highly regarded!
