Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests
Analyzing platform dynamics, key metrics, and engagement trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
Developing and launching solutions that enhance user experience
Formulating hypotheses and running experiments to improve retention and interaction frequency
Continuously improving product mechanics and approaches to drive sustainable growth in engagement and overall service quality on the platform
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, engineering) to implement and scale changes.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish (B2+), Russian (C1), and English (B2)
Excellent communication skills
Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, and working with claims
Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
Advanced user of Google Workspace.
