Co-own and execute product roadmaps with partner domains —prioritising backlog items, defining OKRs, and orchestrating discovery, experimentation, and incremental releases with a strong focus on value realisation.
Partner with engineering squads, AI researchers, platform teams, and risk/compliance to assess use cases, pilot tools, validate hypotheses, and scale proven capabilities across the Bank.
Navigate a complex enterprise environment—aligning stakeholders, resolving cross-team dependencies, and managing risks, controls, and regulatory considerations associated with AI use in software engineering.

An experienced engineering leader with strong collaboration, communication, and reporting skills.
A proven Technical Product Owner who has delivered complex digital or engineering-enablement products in large organisations, ideally with AI
or developer-platform exposure.
Fair working knowledge of AI concepts and application in engineering (e.g., generative AI, prompt engineering basics, guardrails, evaluation, model selection/trade-offs) and a genuine passion for technology.
Experience working within risk, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks a plus; able to balance innovation with responsible AI and controls adherence.
You are skilled in Agile delivery and product discovery, with hands-on experience in backlog management, roadmap definition, and OKR-driven outcomes; tools like Jira and Confluence are second nature.
