Design static and motion ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
Develop multiple creative variations per concept (hooks, angles, CTAs, layouts)
Execute rapid testing cycles based on performance data
Translate growth briefs into high-quality, on-brand ad assets
Create short-form video ads (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9 formats)
Edit UGC into performance-optimized paid ads
Add captions, motion graphics, overlays, callouts, and performance hooks
Review performance metrics weekly with the Growth team

3–5+ years in performance-focused creative design
Strong portfolio of paid social and digital ad creative
Strong understanding of Meta ad formats
Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
CapCut / similar short-form editing tools
Experience designing for DTC brands (premium preferred)
Ability to balance brand integrity with performance urgency
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable with fast iteration cycles
