Lead and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently
Identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies to increase productivity
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments and customers to ensure that all goals are aligned and met

Requirements
An education at the bachelor’s level in engineering or business management is highly preferred.
Specific industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience in operations/general/site/plant or project management with full P&L responsibility of $5-10M + and at least 10+ employees, ideally in an engineering or field services environment in manufacturing, MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
Data Center customer experience is highly desirable.
Experience working with customers and building relationships.
Strong leadership and management skills with experience growing a business.
