Provides administrative support for the Department of Pediatrics/Division of Neonatology.
Reports to the Neonatology Office Manager and provide assistance in planning, event coordination, purchasing, scheduling, and more.
Coordinates office activities with the office manager and other professional staff within and outside the assigned unit.
Maintains ACH/UAMS on-duty physician schedule entries in Qgenda.
Gathers information for credentialing for the Neonatology Faculty.
Oversees completion of the Time and Effort forms for the Neonatology Department.
Updates Neonatology faculty profiles on the UAMS website.
Enters purchase orders/travel in SAP for Neonatology faculty physicians.
Management of IT inventory in the Neonatology Department.
Assists with didactic meetings and organizing meetings for residents.
Requests privileges for department access to various programs and folders for faculty.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of experience in general administrative office support or Associate's degree plus four (4) years of experience in general administrative office support or High School Diploma/GED plus six (6) years of experience in general administrative office support required.
