Role Overview
- Manage a portfolio of challenge events to deliver income and participant number targets
- Lead on marketing for events and collaborate with key teams
- Develop and deliver the supporter journey for event participants
- Plan and deliver the logistics of events, including management on event days
- Work with the team to contribute to strategy and future development
Requirements
- Experience in managing challenge events and supporter engagement
- Strong marketing skills to lead event marketing efforts
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and provide excellent supporter care
- Ability to track and report event results and supporter feedback
- Commitment to the charity's mission and values
