Produce professional client proposals using industry-standard software.
Work closely with business unit experts to contribute to timely delivery of proposals by writing, researching, editing, coordinating, and formatting content.
Write case studies, sell sheets, and other collateral to support business development.
Create professional, high-quality, compelling proposals that effectively educate and inspire customers and prospects.
Strategically manage proposal response, including writing content and editing submissions.
Ensure consistent application of Colliers’ standards and brand across communication.
Requirements
Post-secondary degree
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office products, including PowerPoint.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in reading and responding to Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and developing proposal submissions and pitch decks.
Excellent business writing, editing and proofreading skills.
An ability to express ideas and concepts compellingly and convincingly, using text and graphics.
Self-starter with superior organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, track projects, and meet deadlines.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable working independently and with a team.
