Design and develop HW, SW, and SYS-level enablement and solutions based on NXP Automotive MCU.
Actively participate in the NPI process, providing expert technical assurance.
Support front-line technical teams by resolving complex challenges during customer support.
Work closely with key accounts to execute POC projects and drive implementation of platform-level system solutions.

5+ years of R&D experience in automotive electronics, industrial control, or embedded system design.
Deep understanding of microprocessor architectures and principles.
Skills in embedded software development within the automotive domain.
Familiarity with RTOS, AUTOSAR (CP), peripheral driver development.
Solid grasp of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Automotive Cybersecurity concepts.
Practical experience of Electronic Control Unit (ECU) lifecycles.
Excellent cross-team and collaboration skills, ability to use English as a working language.
Self-motivated with strong desire for professional growth.
