Ensure compliance with departmental protocols, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements to guarantee high-quality service delivery.

Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent graduate-level qualification in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and client information systems is required.
Professional bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
Recognized certifications in health or wellbeing coaching are preferred.
Experience working in multicultural or international environments is preferred.
Ability to provide client-centered support, demonstrating strong empathy, active listening, and coaching skills.
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage high-risk or crisis situations.
