Work on the maintenance and evolution of cloud infrastructure environments, focusing on server administration and customer support.
Responsible for supporting the maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement of environments, ensuring availability, performance and stability of services.
Also handle ticket responses, incident analysis and resolution, and collaborate on implementing improvements and new technologies, contributing to the evolution of the environments and the quality of services provided.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Linux system administration
User and permissions management
Expansion and management of file systems (LVM, disks and mounts)
Service control (start, stop, restart)
Troubleshooting using commands such as: cat, grep, find, du, vmstat, top, ps
Knowledge of mounting remote file systems (NFS, CIFS)
Basic understanding of package management and updates on Linux
Experience with Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
Basic understanding of Active Directory
Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
Experience providing end-user support
Basic knowledge of cloud environments (resource adjustments, disk expansion in VMs)
Good communication skills and a professional attitude in client-facing situations
Ability to work in a team and continuously learn
