The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing team by managing administrative functions, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring accurate data management across systems including Delphi, Cvent, and Opera.
This role plays a key part in lead management, reporting, client communications, and internal coordination to help drive group sales performance and maintain exceptional service standards.
The Sales Coordinator ensures operational efficiency for the Sales Managers and contributes to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements
Previous administrative or hospitality experience preferred, ideally within hotel sales or events.
Experience with sales systems such as Delphi, Cvent, and Opera preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
