Work on the project team, mapping clients' needs.
Conduct requirements-gathering meetings with clients and produce requirements specification documents for the gathered requirements;
Act as the interface between the client and the client's development team;
Participate in meetings with managers to understand and clarify requests related to requirements and business needs;
Prepare functional specification documents and use cases in accordance with the client's established standards;
Design process flows;
Document specifications, needs, requirements, business rules, use cases, and process models;
Support the implementation and operation of solutions;
Create test procedures together with the technical team and users to ensure the expected quality level is achieved, and oversee and execute application test cases, test scenarios, and system acceptance tests;
Evaluate, propose, and promote improvements to solutions and projects.

Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field.
Experience in requirements gathering and system documentation;
Identify and manage risks, proposing possible solution alternatives to adjust the project, always aligned with security best practices;
Identify and propose improvements to clients' environments;
Writing use cases and test plans;
Knowledge of BPMN;
Advanced English (preferred);
Experience in Identity Management projects (a plus);
Technical knowledge of software development (a plus);
Experience in information security projects (a plus).
