Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports product launches, campaigns, and photography by ensuring products are organized, accurate, and production ready.
This role owns the coordination of product samples, studio production logistics, and trade show execution to enable high-quality marketing assets and seamless event support.
The Coordinator partners closely with Product Development, Marketing, and other internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy and drive timely execution across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include managing product samples & inventory management, photography & video production support, product launch & campaign support, trade show & industry event coordination, and cross-functional execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
2–4 years of marketing coordination, product support, or production experience
Experience managing samples, logistics, or creative production workflows
Familiarity with project tracking tools (Airtable or similar)
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Experience supporting photography, video production, or product launches a plus
