Role Overview
- Conduct process mapping and design (AS IS / TO BE);
- Develop and document business rules;
- Create detailed functional specifications for development;
- Act as a bridge between business areas and technology;
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources;
- Support the definition of KPIs and data validation;
- Ensure consistency and quality of information used in the project.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Functional / Process / Business Analyst;
- Strong background in process mapping and functional documentation;
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements;
- Analytical profile with a data-driven approach and an understanding of databases and data structures;
- Experience analyzing data from sources such as IQVIA and Close-Up (important differentiator);
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Senior profile with autonomy and a critical perspective on processes.
