Prepare, review, and/or edit various forms of correspondence such as letters, invoices, presentations, publications, and reports;
Data entry and general administrative duties;
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions;
Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files;
Photocopy, fax, scan and organize documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing;
Accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and receipts.
Requirements
One year of experience in a similar role;
Bilingualism in French & English is an asset;
Organization
Able to create or maintain processes to ensure all relevant information or tools are easily accessible;
Professionalism
Demonstrates professional standards of conduct when governing interactions between individuals in a business environment;
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
Attention to Detail
Attends to details and pursues quality in the accomplishment of tasks, regardless of the volume of duties encountered;

Expresses and transmits information with consistency and clarity;
Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment;
