Manage Project-Level Budget-to-Target Profit.
Create project budget in alignment with fee, schedule, and milestone strategy.
Manage budget through review of KPI’s, communicating progress and roadblocks, address red flags, driving the optimization of profitability.
Forecast billing and manage forecast as project progresses.
Facilitate kick off, sprint planning and project check ins that meet the definition of success.
Serve as client’s main point of contact and independently manage client coordination.
Attend client meetings, phone calls, and email exchanges.
Ensure appropriate technical resources are properly coordinated for applicable client meetings.
Communicate project budget/timeline/scope updates to client.
Identify and document out of scope tasks in Sprint Plans.
Coordinate internal strategy meetings with project team and Team or Program Manager.
Drive Client Negotiations for scope/budget/cost management and change control.
Communicate objectives and deliverables aligned with schedule and budget.
Facilitate and manage any outsourced resources.
Determine project resource needs and recommend solutions for addressing gaps.
