Collaborate closely with the head of strategy and senior leadership to drive company-wide strategic initiatives and priorities.
Act as project manager for high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects.
Develop structured project plans and roadmaps aligned with the organization’s long-term strategy.
Conduct market, competitive and internal analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
Prepare executive-level communications, recommendations and documentation related to strategic initiatives.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic initiatives from design through implementation.
Ensure accountability for scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Identify risks, dependencies and constraints, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
Requirements
More than five (5) years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, strategic planning or enterprise-level project management.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at an organizational or executive level.
Exposure to senior leadership environments, including interactions with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) or boards of directors.
Experience in regulated, complex or matrixed organizations preferred (e.g., pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing).
Bilingual FR/EN: the role requires collaboration with regulatory authorities and vendors and/or clients located outside the province of Quebec.
