Provide ongoing support to customers throughout the sales process and beyond by ensuring the efficient management of customer orders from generation to logistics.
Work closely with one or two Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) to process orders, address inquiries, and resolve issues for superior customer experience.
Collaborate with OSRs and other internal teams to provide customer-centric solutions and processes.
Build relationships with customers and monitor communications to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Enter customer orders and provide accurate information about solar products, pricing, and availability.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience in inside sales or customer service
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the solar B2B environment or renewable energy industry.
Inside sales, lead generation and account management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about solar products and systems.
Proficient in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
