Performance manage directs to enable engineers to operate at their highest potential
Sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates for open positions, onboarding, guidance to staff, conducting performance evaluations, developing performance improvement plans, and taking corrective action as needed
Align engineers to the corporate and organization’s strategy
Recommend changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s)
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other technical degree
10+ years software management experience
2+ years leading or managing a team
Deep understanding about development and maintenance of DevOps Automation tools
Proficient in software life cycle like Build/Release/Deploy and specialized in cloud automation through open-source DevOps tools like Gitlab, Jenkins
