- Proven experience as a professional Game Designer, with significant quest design experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, set priorities, and deliver against defined production timelines
- Experience with technical game design
- Ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team
- Creative problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills
