About this role
Role Overview
- Building lasting relationships with ERPA’s Workday customers
- Managing Phase 1 implementations, as well as a portfolio of AMS and Phase X clients
- Budget management, client engagement, and cross-functional team leadership throughout the full project lifecycle
- Conducting status updates and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer governance
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience independently leading commercial Workday engagements
- A Workday EM/PM certification is required
- Ability to learn new systems quickly (JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)
- Prior experience managing projects utilizing Smartsheet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to travel up to 25%
