Role Overview
- Own and develop strategic regional engagement plans
- Drive critical product launch activities
- Develop regional and national congress strategies
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships
- Partner with marketing leadership to develop advisory board strategy
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales leadership on targeted KOLs
- Monitor, analyze and interpret the latest trends in the market
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years in product management, field marketing, account management and/or sales leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business required; master’s degree preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of the Aesthetics marketplace
- Strong customer focus and demonstrated ability in developing effective strategic relationships
- Prior launch experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate with both key internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills
