Senior Director Analyst – Integrated Business Planning, S&OP

Role Overview

• Drive new thought-leading insights around improving supply chain planning processes
• Advise Senior Supply Chain planning leaders on product portfolio planning, demand planning, and S&OP
• Lead process and capability assessments to help align performance with strategy
• Create innovative and highly leveraged insights content
• Research, analyze, and predict market trends
• Provide actionable advice aligned to content area via virtual or face-to-face interactions
• Support BTI and Sales as voice of the market

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain planning
• At least 5 years in supply chain planning leader roles (S&OP leader, IBP leader, etc.)
• Experience managing supply chain planning for manufacturers across multiple industries
• Familiarity with both process and discrete operations preferred
• Industry experience ideally in high tech, semiconductors, hyperscalers, networks, or consumer electronics
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
• Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data
