Own marketing programs end‑to‑end—from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization—across key client segments and strategic priorities
Play a critical role in shaping and delivering high‑impact event marketing, integrated media campaigns, brand initiatives, and Practice Management marketing
Ensure all activities align with global brand standards while being thoughtfully adapted for Canadian audiences and regulatory requirements
Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including global marketing, sales, product, media, and Practice Management leaders to translate business opportunities into actionable, data‑driven marketing plans
Drive innovation in marketing approaches, evaluate performance through insights and analytics, and contribute to the operational effectiveness of the marketing function by identifying and supporting process enhancements
Requirements
Strong experience and knowledge of Canadian investment industry
Proven experience with event marketing and media campaigns
Experience developing and delivering Practice Management marketing materials, decks and digital offerings preferred
Demonstrates ability to project manage across functional teams and stakeholder relationships
Demonstrates ability to influence others
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, and analytical skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in areas of moderate complexity
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and develop/maintain working relationships inside and outside the business to enable effective completion of business objectives
