Developing and delivering client specific enhancements on our Legacy Application to support our Plan Administration System.
Significant collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the lifecycle of a typical project.
Administering equity compensation programs and supporting software applications on a mainframe platform running under a Z/OS environment.
Defining, developing, and leading an interactive team to implement scalable application solutions.
Providing on-site and on-call support as needed and acting as a subject matter expert as part of a cross-functional crisis management team.
Resolving technical roadblocks involving multiple technologies and making recommendations and improvements to avoid them in the future.
Establishing full project life cycle plans for complex projects across multiple platforms.
Advising on risk assessment and risk management strategies for projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five or more (5+) years of experience in the job offered or five or more (5+) years of experience as a technical lead in mainframe brokerage or stock plan services systems and application development.
Alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience as a technical lead in mainframe brokerage and stock plan services systems and application development.
Knowledge of ETL, Informatica, Java, Python, or other distributed languages is a plus
