15+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, AI, or related domains.
10+ years of leadership experience managing global, multi-cultural, and distributed teams.
Proven experience in the Food & Beverages or Manufacturing industry (preferred).
Demonstrated success in transforming analytics organizations into best-in-class capabilities.
Strong understanding of analytics frameworks, tools, technologies, and industry trends.
Experience driving large-scale digital transformation and data strategy initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
