Senior PMO, Governance, Practices and Reporting

Role Overview

• Define, structure, and maintain project management methods, policies, templates, and standards.
• Ensure the correct application of frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, and hybrid models).
• Support teams in adopting best practices, ensuring consistency and standardization.
• Directly manage various projects, ensuring control of scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Consolidate and monitor the project portfolio, ensuring visibility and organization of initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.

Requirements

• Solid experience in PMO, governance, or project controls.
• Experience with traditional, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in direct project management.
• Strong experience building metrics, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Analytical ability to consolidate and interpret data.
• Experience in portfolio monitoring and project control.
