Lead sales operations initiatives across the Canada Business Unit
Drive efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence across the sales organization
Partner on strategic planning and implement scalable sales methodologies
Deliver data-driven insights that accelerate revenue growth and improve business performance
Own and drive the annual strategic planning process for the business unit
Establish and continuously optimize core sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and revenue growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, finance, technical, HR, and operations teams

7+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar function within cybersecurity or SaaS environments
Strong expertise in sales processes, methodologies, and operational best practices
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Strategic mindset with the ability to operate at both a detailed and executive level
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Tableau
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership and the ability to drive alignment across functions
Willingness to travel across Canada to partner with regional leaders
Fluent in English required; French is considered an asset.
