About this role
Role Overview
Monitor and investigate alarm activity across global locations to dispatch appropriate security response teams and partners
Write, escalate and distribute incident reports
Assess open-source information that can be used to develop intelligence and risk reports
Use and understand the Incident Commander Program to manage incidents and events
Use command center resources (video wall, mass notification tools, set up conference bridges, ISOS Travel Tracker, Everbridge, badge/alarm activity screens, CCTV etc.) to include Intrusion Detection and fire protection systems
Help with metric report development using multiple applications, including Microsoft Office, the access control system and visitor management system
Monitor alarm volume activity (alarm abatement) to identify hardware issues and resolutions
Partner with IT/Data Center, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Ethics and Compliance, Environmental Health & Safety, Global Security Investigations, Team Member Relations, Legal, Global Crisis Management, Global Business Continuity, Broadcast & Engineering, Talent Service Center teams
Primary resource during crisis events and incident escalation
Assess emerging and developing information to adequately determine what group or teams are required to manage business disruptions
Monitor global travel security events globally that have the potential to impact QVCG global business travelers and their safety
Requirements
Minimum Education: Associate degree (2 yrs.) in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or other relevant field preferred; or, equivalent experience
Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in private sector, law enforcement or combination of the two
