Role Overview
Conduct comprehensive end-to-end workflow mapping across product stages and departments internal and external vendors; support the development and maintenance of SOPs, performance standards, and best practices.
Design standard work documentation, scalable processes, and workflow models to support sustainable growth and operational consistency for both internal and client engagements.
Serve as the central point of coordination for key internal stakeholders, Marketing, Operations, Lab, Customer Support, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment, timely decision-making, and disciplined execution.
Engage in vendor relationships and external stakeholder engagements, ensuring deliverables, compliance requirements, and operational standards are met. Includes all factors to ensure a best-in-class patient experience (kitting, ordering, reporting).
Architect standardized, scalable processes and workflow models that support product launches, sustainable growth, operational consistency, and high-quality client engagement.
Lead Lean and Six Sigma–based process improvement initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce variation, improve cycle time, enhance quality, and elevate customer experience across the enterprise.
Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to track product launch success and operational performance; proactively identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide executive-level reporting and post-launch assessments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, related STEM field or equivalent level of experience.
5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, operations, strategy, or consulting roles.
Must have or have ability to obtain Lean Six Sigma Certification Green Belt or Blackbelt within 6 months in role.
Demonstrates expertise in enterprise project management methodologies in product launch and implementation.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and external stakeholders.
Proven success driving measurable performance improvement across multiple divisions and vendor engagement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and general working knowledge of Internet for business use.
Experience with managing/leading cross functional teams is preferred.
Experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory operations, biotech, medical devices, or MCED-related environments is preferred.
