Role Overview
- Operationalise the MMC Pacific Risk Management Framework
- Support strengthening risk maturity within the business
- Proactively identify operational risks within HR processes
- Provide pro-active, reliable risk and control advice
- Design and document controls linked to risk and compliance registers
- Undertake controls assurance to identify gaps and ensure compliance
- Assist with day-to-day management of incidents and breaches
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to update HR policies
Requirements
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk and compliance management frameworks (7+ years)
- Proven experience in complex regulated financial services environments
- Experience in end-to-end Business Continuity Plan (BCP) management
- Excellent problem solving and evaluative judgement skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks with competing deadlines
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
