Distribute uniforms and name tags to all Mt. Bachelor employees and select volunteer staff to ensure a professional image.
Track the issue and return of all uniform items using the Mt. Bachelor Uniform agreement and appropriate software program.
Oversees the laundry of Mt. Bachelor uniforms to ensure timely and appropriate recording of cleaning of all uniform items, including the inventory and ordering of laundry supplies.
Educate employees on policies for damaged and lost items.
Prepare uniforms for donation or other non-frontline uses by organizing and making efficient use of different storage spaces.
Run and analyze periodic reports to track uniform inventory, utilization, and organization, and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
Print and administer employee passes and maintain updated employee dependent information.
Assist employees and managers in troubleshooting areas of the company's HRIS (Workday).
Perform data entry and reporting in relevant POS & HR systems.
Support the coordination of the seasonal and year-round performance review process, including data collection and tracking.
Administer a wide variety of employee perks (Ski & Bike Exchange, Product Testing Coupons, Bachelor Bucks, etc.).
Maintain and update the Stash website and social media accounts to ensure timely and engaging employee communications.
Assist in the coordination and execution of employee recognition programs and initiatives.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information such as wage data and other personal material.
Assist in planning and carrying out employee parties/staff functions, some of which require occasional evening hours to be worked.
Serve as the HR liaison to the Mt. Bachelor safety committee.
Requirements
Minimum Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Time in Related Position(s): 6 months of experience in office administration.
Experience in an employee/guest service-oriented environment and either an administrative or Human Resources function.
(Preferred) 1-2 years of office/clerical and/or retail experience or an immediately transferable skill set.
Current and valid Driver’s License required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred.
MS Excel & ability to use POS systems are preferred.
Strong sense of confidentiality, exceptional communication, and organizational skills.
Resourceful problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate employee inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate appropriately when needed.
