Supporting HR Experience Operations with back office support
Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience
Suggest ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows through process improvements and product automation
Compliance & Document Review: Conduct rigorous audits of compliance documents in Workbench to ensure all regional guidelines are met.
Contract & Quote Verification: Review contract details and financial quotes with a high degree of precision, ensuring they align with internal guidelines and client agreements.
Employee Platform Walkthroughs: Lead 1-on-1 calls with employees to provide a comprehensive tour of the platform, ensuring they are confident in navigating their employment details.
Case Management: Efficiently manage and resolve HRX-specific cases within the internal ecosystem, meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the HRX workflow and suggest improvements to streamline contract and document reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to resolve complex compliance or data discrepancies uncovered during the review process.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in HR Operations supporting employees in LATAM
Previous experience in back office roles or customer service will be considered competitive advantage
English fluent (written/spoken)
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
Proficiency with service management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and CRM systems.
Familiarity with global employment practices, payroll systems, and international labor laws.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic SQL or data visualization tools.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) for diverse audiences.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-evolving global environment.
