Role Overview
Drive end to end sales for Medtronic’s Hugo business portfolio
Drive strong product promotion, facilitate demos, prepare compelling commercial proposals and stay abreast with market needs and changing dynamics of selling capital units.
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including hospitals, physicians, and Radiology and Surgical personnel.
Conducts and/or evaluates market research including customers and competitors' activities.
Develops and/or implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years’ experience/High School Diploma with 10+ years’ experience/associate's degree with 8+ years’ experience.
Relevant sales experience within Robotics/Capital Sales/Surgical medical device
